Orders placed through a marketplace. If you bought from us on TikTok Shop, Etsy, or another marketplace, that platform also holds its own copy of your information as a controller in its own right. We will action your request for the information we hold, and we will assist the platform or the seller in responding to a request you make to them. Some information is held only by the platform, and for that you will need to contact them directly.
