We know how much your furry family member means to you. Every portrait we create is custom-made with care—because this isn't just art, it's a celebration of your companion.
Because each piece is personalized just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges. But we absolutely stand behind our quality, and if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
PetPicPortraits.com is owned and operated by BiznMotion LLC. Our printing and shipping is handled by our trusted partner, Gelato.
How Your Order Works
We want you to love your portrait before you even buy it. Here's how it works:
- Upload your pet's photo and choose your style
- See your AI-generated portrait instantly – a watermarked preview appears right on the website
- Love it? Add it to cart and checkout
- We print and ship your portrait – what you see is what you get
Important: The preview you see on the website is exactly what you'll receive (without the watermark). Once you place your order, it's final and can't be changed, canceled, or refunded.
If Something Goes Wrong, We've Got You
We get it—you've been waiting for this portrait of your beloved companion. Sometimes things happen during printing or shipping that are completely out of our control, and it has nothing to do with the quality of your portrait itself.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send you a free replacement.
This includes:
- Broken frames or cracked glass/acrylic
- Scratched or damaged canvas
- Print quality issues (not caused by low-resolution uploads)
- Wrong item or size
We know these things happen—frames can break in transit, packaging can fail, things get bumped around. You shouldn't have to stress about it or fight to get it fixed. We're here to help.
Getting a Replacement Is Simple
Just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. Here's all we need:
- A quick photo of the issue (so we can see what happened)
- Your order number
- A short description of what's wrong
That's it. Send it to us and we'll get your replacement handled.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Normal Print Variations
We use professional-grade equipment and processes, but slight variations can happen due to machine calibration, paper type, humidity, and environmental factors. Minor differences in color, alignment, or cropping are considered normal in the printing industry and aren't covered under our guarantee.
Lost Orders
If your order seems lost in transit (no tracking updates, no delivery confirmation), we'll send a replacement at no charge. Just contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll verify with the carrier and get a new one out to you.
Orders Marked “Delivered” But You Didn't Get It
If tracking says “Delivered” but you don't have your package:
- Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building reception
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly
Unfortunately, once the carrier confirms delivery, it's out of our hands and we can't issue a refund or free replacement. But we're happy to offer you a discounted reprint if you'd like to reorder.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because your portrait is custom-made and you see exactly what you're getting before you buy, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Mistakes made during order submission
- Personal taste or style preferences after you've placed your order
We show you the preview upfront so you can be 100% sure before you buy.
